We are the Charlotte Starlings Volleyball organization, an affiliate Starlings Volleyball, USA.  We are a 501C(3) volunteer-operated and supported organization with a mission to provide minority girls ages 10-17 with equal access to high quality volleyball training. We provide.  these girls’ exposure to private club level training regardless of financial hardships or skill level.  We utilize the platform of volleyball to empower within each girl discipline, self-confidence, and healthy lifestyle choices.  We conduct free clinics at various sites in undersized areas of Charlotte focusing on inner city locations.  Participants receive training from experienced college and high school coaches and players.  STARLINGS volunteers share the collective goal of raising interest, participation, and exposure within the minority community at an early age.  The older girls in our program assist and mentor the younger girls during the clinics.

Our program does not generate funds; therefore, we rely on the financial support of individuals and businesses in our community.
